Insights
Despite a wealth of information and strong visuals, the Unicage website struggled with clarity and user engagement. The site’s complex structure and scattered messaging led to a disjointed user experience, making it difficult for visitors to navigate and fully understand the value proposition.
It was very very IT-back-end oriented, where customers many times didn't understand what are the services available.
